Bike Tour...Lighthouse Tour in PR

Interesting. My aunt called me the other day and said a friend of hers is planning on doing this in February (I think it's the lighthouse one..sounds the same in terms of mileage, etc.), and wanted to know if I could provide any training pointers. From what I gather, her friend only just started riding, so it might be tough for her. She does, however, live in Florida, like you...just not sure where.

I've never ridden in PR but have driven around the island...there are some decent hills inland, and some tough ones through El Yunque...I think I heard the tour goes through there but I don't know for sure. My little car had a hard time up those hills. I did see some cyclists going up it...looked tough. It's flatter, along the coast, though, from what I remember.

It looks loke day 1 has one big, short climb.  Day 2 looks like it is rolling hills in the middle of the day and day 3 has a few climbs at the beginning of the day, but the majority of it is flat-ish.
