Subject: Lacing swim paddles

I just bought some speedo swim paddles. The packaging shows "lacing" recommendations but I have a heap of the lacing left over. Do I simply cut it off?

Naw, just leave it. That way, if it comes loose, you can just grab it with your teeth and pull it tight again.
