HOT HOT and more HOT with humidity. Shoes were squeaking by the end of this relatively short run. Still I did not stop once which was the goal. Slow even pace.

My rating would be better but the fact that I do not have a run time or a FINAL official time negates a lot of the good. I can practice on my own. I want official times for Races!!!!
