X2 on Fuel Belt.  Have one that the gel bottle was too hard to get in and out and the stitching finally gave way, whil eon a bike ride.  Lost the  bottle and the elstic ripped at the stitching.  Called CS and lady said they would send me new belt.  Also told me to keep the old bottles for extras, no need to send anything back.

Garmin

Can take awhile to actually get to talk to someone (call as early as possible) but once I've got someone they've been very helpful.  Sent replace HRM strap w/hardly questions, new 305 for $40 to replace one that fell off my bike and broke even though it was 9 months out of warranty and a few other miscellaneous calls.

I get my high quality biking needs from Performance Bike (online and in store). I get my everyday and family biking needs from Target. I love my Schwinns and I have a bunch of LG gear. I get my running shoes from the LRS (usually Front Runner). I am on my 6th pair of Mizunos for training. Swimoutlet online for swim gear.

Second (third....fourth?) that. Just placed an order with them....the lure of the tri shorts at that price kept getting to me. They are really well made, good seams, and I like the "chamois," but just as the reviews say, they are a little "thin," and IMHO the Larges run a little larger than large. I may try to go back and order a smaller pair just to see if that helps overcome the "thin" material that doesnt provide a lot of support. But, his price point is on target.

But....they have a rain jacket now....and I think it is a fabulous deal. Seems well made, and it repels water as good as my goretex military parka....all for under $40. Plus, right now they are offering a free bike jersey. Which, having rode in tonight, is stylish, fits well, and is a good autumn-weight jersey.

Customer service is DEFINITELY outstanding!!!! Which I expect from a guy named Brent! :-)

Yeah, I don't get this and I am wondering if I am getting the same shorts.. I find them quite thick.. I mean they are like heaps thicker than bike shorts, and they take a fair bit of time to dry.Agreed with the sizing.. I am a biiiiig guy.. 280lb and the big size fits me well.
The sizing worked in my favour here for sure.I wish they would carry more.. I would buy pretty much everything they put out.

I have been very impressed with Hammer's customer service when I have questions about fueling.
