Subject: Add a New Sport "Pizza"
Someone brought up a interesting note, that they didn't see my pizza logged in my blog.  I didn't know there was or was not a Add Sport "pizza" option....?  Am I overlooking it?

Do you think there should be?

The "You haven't added any sports for today".... Ah yes, lets do some intervals of pizza!

Read something interesting that a good 15 min pizza workout is equiv to a 17 mile walk?

Depending on how you do it, it could also be considered a plyometric exercise.

You can list this as "body surfing."  We'll know...

There is, however, no option for "hand-tossed" pizza.

NICE!!

Not really because it's a partner or team-play activity and you have to be with the right partner.  Just having pizza doesn't count.  It has to be done right.  Everyone involved has to be good at it and get into a real rhythm.  It's more like synchronized swimming or pairs figure skating or bridge - you've got to be totally in synch with your team.  Otherwise it's just junk milage.  And there's nothing worse than being a FOP'er hooking up with a BOP'er who thinks pizza is nothing more than a 2-minute, just crossing the finish line thing!  To me, 60 minutes of pizza done right is more like the equivalent of a half-marathon.

Oh and Fartleks totally count in pizzaTongue out

Wooo Hoooo!!!  Right on man!  60 minute intervals!  I love that!  Also, may I add that the pizza is not done until BOTH the anchovies and banana peppers are both done at the EXACT same time with the climax of the cheese being melted oooh so gently.
