Comments:

Didnt start in time.... too far back .. had to run around alot of slower runners for the first 3 kms.
What would you do differently?:

get there earlier and be at the front. Didnt push my heart rate over 160bpm. Could have gone quicker.
Post race
Warm down:

Jogged - 1 km.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Started behind the slower runners. Right knee had some stability problems going downhill. Could have been shoes. Gatorade during the event game me a cramp.

Fantastic job, it is such a tough course, those hills are horrible - at one point there was a woman shouting "it's not Hell, it's only a hill", okay for her, she was standing still.  Glad the knee was okay, that's an awesome time.
