Comments: Didnt start in time.... too far back .. had to run around alot of slower runners for the first 3 kms. What would you do differently?: get there earlier and be at the front. Didnt push my heart rate over 160bpm. Could have gone quicker. Post race
Warm down: Jogged - 1 km. What limited your ability to perform faster: Started behind the slower runners. Right knee had some stability problems going downhill. Could have been shoes. Gatorade during the event game me a cramp. Last updated: 2009-08-30 12:00 AM
