Comments:

I was using this race for a pace training race for IMFL. I wanted to keep my pace between 8:30 and 9:00 and finish with a lot left in the tank.
What would you do differently?:

Nothing, I executed the plan I wanted to for this race. I wasnt racing for a PR

Warm down:

Walked, drank and waited for my wife to fininsh. We went and got breakfast and then massages in the afternoon.

Event comments:

This is a nice local Half Mary. It isnt a huge event, and therefore much more low key than a RnR half, but it was well done and a lot of fun. This course could be brutal on a hot, humid and sunny day.
