  • 02m 47s / 100 yards
Comments:

Dead last in AG, but I didn't drown. Even though I finished last, I feel pretty good about it.
What would you do differently?:

I could have pushed a little harder on the swim, but it was my longest openwater swim to date.
Transition 1
  • 02m 57s
What would you do differently?:

I need to buy a new helmet so I don't have to wear a bandana under it. I fumble with that thing every time.
Bike
  • 1h 19m 59s
  • 25 miles
  • 18.75 mile/hr
What would you do differently?:

Carry another waterbottle. Again could have pushed a little harder on the bike, but the run had me nervous. Front derailleur needed to be adjusted, didn't want to get up to the big gear.
Transition 2
  • 01m 18s
What would you do differently?:

turn gamrin on at the start of race so it kind find satellite BEOFRE i start the run. need to practice flying dismount.
Run
  • 1h 05m 13s
  • 6.2 miles
  • 10m 31s  min/mile
Comments:

Glad I had the compression calf guards. Claves were tight but never cramped up.
What would you do differently?:

Carry a fuel belt. The aid stations were farther apart than I thought.
