Pre-race routine:

I got to the event about 45 minutes early. There was a lot to set up (tables, food, games, etc.) beforehand. Thankfully we had two volunteers who helped.

Comments:

I took it very easy knowing that I had a race the next day. My heartrate stayed well below 80%.
What would you do differently?:

Nothing! This years event went a lot better than last year's.

Event comments:

6 hours on a stationary bike sounds terrible but it was so much fun. We played games and had tons of free stuff to give away.

It's for a great cause. Some of the riders have family members or friends who have ovarian cancer. We even had a woman ride for two hours who is currently undergoing treatment.

I just want to thank those who donated money. Thank you!

Awesome!! That's pretty cool that you guys played games and did stuff to keep your brain cells from dying. 6 hours on a stationary bike? Woof! Total hoss-chickery going on there
