Components for my dream bike. Please help!

I am moving forward on building my dream bike. But I discovered I don't even know all the components that make up a TT bike. So here is a list of the components that I am aware of. I want to list every little thing. Also what I plan to purchase. I will have a ? next to things I am not sure what to buy. I really appreciate any help on this.

Fork - Provided with frame
Seat Post - Provided with frame
Rear Brake clpr - Provided with frame
Front break clpr - SRAM Red? But have to buy set
Saddle - Cobb V-flow plus
Rear Deraileur - SRAM Red
Front Deraileur - SRAM Red
Braze on Braze On Adapter - SRAM Braze adapter. Do i need?
Cassette - SRAM 1090 11-26
Chain - SRAM PC 1090R
Headset - Cane Creek?
Shift Levers - SRAM TT 1090-R2C
Brake levers - SRAM TT 900? or Tektro TRP crbn
Stem - Visiontech? Will be 100mm
Base bar - Visiontech? Not sure
Aero bars - Visiontech? Not sure
      Or possibily 3T Ventus
Brake cables - Nokon
Shift cables - Nokon
Handle bar tape? What do I purchase?
Bottom Bracket - SRAM GXP cup with ceramic
Crankset - SRAM S900 carbon crankset I still don't understand bottom two.

I want to use a Cinqo. With the purchase of the crankset and bottom bracket is the drive taken care of? Pedals Have not decided Wheels Have plenty already What I have missed? I want to have every single part for the build. No matter how minor. Thanks in advance. Hope this might be also helpful to others. Searched the forum and did not see anything like it.
