Subject: re: bike shoesI am doing a sprint tri in October, as it is only a 9 mile bike ride was thinking of using my running shoes for bike section, thought it would save me some time in T2, i have some caged pedals i can start training with, but, here is question do you guys think it will hinder my overall performance?Has any body else done this?Do you recommend it...Just can't make up my mindOh and in last race my t1 time was 1 min 22 and t2 was 1min 11.thanks in advance Sarah |
