New to Board, not new to triathlon

I've been doing triathlons for a while now - since 2001.  I did my first (and only half Ironman) in 2007 right when I was finishing 8 years of university, and since starting work I got supremely out of shape.  It's shocking how much more time you have when you are a gradstudent!!!

I did a triathlon earlier this season and wanted to do a few more but have been battling Plantar Fasciitis for the second half of the summer.  I am planning on doing my first Ironman in 2010 and am just ramping up the training before starting full on ironman training (will sign up for Florida in November).
