I have a tri in the AM and I exhausted...

Expert  749    Oakland, Fl |  Subject: I have a tri in the AM and I exhausted...I went to the dr yesterday for a middle ear infection. He has me on 3 different meds for a "dull" eardrum. This morning I went for as 1K swim and then the whole day I dragged on and on. I hope I am not like this in the morning. It will kill my race plan! Nite nite...wish me luck! |

I ran into a tree....it came out of nowhere...honest!!! That's what I get for doing this with an ear infection. I struggled this whole tri....except for the bike where I felt awesome. I wish I wasnt sick though. |
