I think it's a scam. No feedback??? Check back in a day or 2 and see if it's still there...I doubt it.

Oh man, he's got it in 7 sizes too!  Not to mention the Litespeed w/Campy Record he has for $1100 (along with the 430 other auctions he has going on right now with no feedback).

Scamalama-ding-dong (<--Just made that up. Pretty catchy, isn't it)

I'm not sure about scam. The reason being is he is allowing CC. Most scams don't allow this as with this method of payment because not only do you have protection from ebay but from the CC company also. Also, you can scam his butt by using a stolen CC number.

I would say you are pretty protected even if it is a scam.

The bidding says the Item is in London, the account was created in Belgium....
Fixed price, they ship worldwide but no details... Unless you verify what are the guarantees with Paypal and make sure you get your money if the item is not shipped.....
Absolutely no personal checks or money orders.... you can always dispute charges on a credit card if you do not received item (I would verify with credit card company first)....
I wouldn't trust.

I've got an email in asking what form of payment they accept.  If I get a response to that I'll ask if they are willing to use an escrow company at the buyers expense.  I'll pay the damn fees to get a P3 for that price.

The seller has no feedback, is listing 423 high end bikes from more manufacturers than I've ever seen in one LBS for sale at fire sale prices with free worldwide shipping.  All listings were posted at about the same time, with starting bids of GBP 1.00.  There is absolutely no information about the seller.

It's either a scam or the economics of the global bicycle market just changed dramatically.

It's already gone.  This thing shows up every other day and all he needs is one "buyer" to make it all worthwhile.

Remember the old adage "If it's too good to be true......."

This same scam has been appearing off and on for a year now. People complain to Ebay and they remove the listing. Then it pops up again. Don't waste your money, you stand a good chance of never receiving a bike.

There have been lots of scams on eBay with so called brand new bikes at rock bottom prices.  All of them have come out of London.  All have been frauds.

Be wary of the 0 feedbacks!  Though I did buy my 1st tri-bike on ebay from a guy with 0 feedback.  However it was apparent that the seller was a legitimate ebay newbie looking to sell a bike.  It actually ended out being an excellent transaction, and I got a couple of good seasons out of the bike until I decided to upgrade to carbon.
