Comments:

This was my first half marathon. I am very happy with my result. I had registered in the 2 hour corral and I did it. I was able to keep my pace between 9min and 9min 30sec. Lots of people passed me in the beginning, but then in the end I caught a lot of them, because they were walking and had overexerted them selves in the beginning.
I never felt like I had to stop. I didn't exactly feel like running another 13.1, but overall I am quite happy with myself.

Mentally I looked at it "as just a run", no swimming, no biking, no worrying about the legs being shot after the bike leg.
I was wondering though what the 13.1 would feel like after biking 56 miles...hmmm, I think I have a ways to go to be able to complete a Half Iron in a somewhat decent time, but today was definitely a big step in that direction

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Nothing really. Just need to train more and maybe loose 10-15 lbs.
