Subject: RE: How Much training is too much training?are you overly tired or do you get sick easily? are you always sore? are you not able to maintain the same pace during workouts? is your resting HR higher than normal? those are some common signs of overtraining, there are others, but if you answered yes to any of those take a couple days off. however, if you feel fine then you are not training too much (i think ). if you are losing motivation i might suggest taking a day off every now and then, or maybe even once per week. recovery is an important part of training and it seems like you are doing alot of 2/day workouts which sometimes makes recovery tricky - but doesnt mean it cant be done. |
