who is racing this weekend? 9/12-13 (Page 3)

I'm doing back to back races in September. My first season and I'm sooo addicted. I have on 9/12-Hyannis 2, Buzzards Bay 9/20 and Fantastic Nantasket on 9/27. Woohoo! I'm such a tri geek.

1st Oly:  Nautica Malibu, Saturday

Patriots Half, Williamsburg, VA.  First triathlon since rupturing my Achilles tendon in February.  Go big or go home, I always say.

I'll be @ Cedars as well (last of the year as well unless I do the Jailbreak in a couple of weeks), although knee started acting up tonight which feels just like the patellar tendonitis I had last year about this time.. so we'll see how it goes.. hope it's just sore from this morning's ride... better not be tendonitis again.. can't let this ruin Chicago for me!

after 249 hours of training and a couple of thousand miles of training in the last year and a half or so,  I am doing my first race.

Local sprint tri--my third this year and, well, ever! Just got done practicing in my new wetsuit. Can't wait--I love doing local events.

I'm doing my first ever tri on Sunday - Title 9 Sprint in Hopkinton MA.

I'm a bit nervous - I've tapered a bit more than I intended.  My knees have been problematic this week.
I was going to run today, but I think I'll swim instead and take tomorrow off.

After this, I intend to follow a Half marathon training program I found on the internet that involves a lot of cross training, so maybe next season I'll do an oly.
