Warm down: Walked back to the car grabbed back pack then walked back, an got a good strecth in. What limited your ability to perform faster: Just starting to run. Only my 3rd week of running. Did it just to finish and see what type of time I could have to start off my training. Event comments: VEry fun race, that kept at a good pace! Lots of fun and can't wait for next year!!! Had a shake in the morning (frozen berries, Penut Butter, Steel Cut Oats, Cherry Granola, Whey Protein, Yogurt, Skim Milk) drank some water on the way to the race. Quick warmup jog after strecthing.
