Subject: back from knee surgery..back for Team Chyck!

I had arthroscopic surgery on thursday. The PT is amazing. Hurts at first, but feels so much better afterwards. I'm feeling really great. Still limping slightly. Can't resume biking or running for 10 days, (until i see the doc again), but I think I can start swimming by Monday! So...TEAM CHYCK, I think i'm back in the game!!

Thank you to everyone who PM'd and Inspired me with notes about my surgery!! You are great. Thanks for the swim challenge too!!
