Subject: ch ch ch changes
anyone else -- well, any other women -- notice changes in their bodies during IM training?

My legs and butt have gotten a lot more muscular - and a lot bigger - and I'm having trouble fitting into my work slacks and skirts !

everything fits around my waist but it's so tight in the leg/ butt area that I find myself needing to go up a size and wear a belt.

please tell me I'm not the only one !

You are definetly NOT alone in that category--my work pants don't fit well at all in the legs anymore....and now my work shirts (button down shirts) are too tight in the shoulders--
Fiance teased me about the shirts because i actually ripped one....he keeps calling me the incredible hulk!!!

Not a female, but I was far more compact at the end of my peak training that I was a year ago.

I had a lot of people ask me how much weight I'd lost (less than 5 pounds), but what I had was waayyy different.

Much more definition in my chest and shoulders, ripped thighs and calves.

We were going to get some measurements right before the race (waist, chest, thighs, calves) but never did.  I'm slowly returning to my former not-so-compact self.
