Thanks for any advice!! (^_^) This is a good question. I don't have the answer, but I have a guess... I'd bet that the rehydration process just can not take place in real time. So yes, when you are done with your workout, you are down on weight, even if you have been hydrating properly. Perhaps that's why about 6 hours later, you are caught back up to your 'normal' weight. |
