Subject: training from 1/2 to full ironman
Does anyone know if there is a training program to take you through a 1/2 ironman directly into the training for the whole? The 1/2 is about 17 weeks away from the full.  It would be easier to just have one plan that includes a 1/2 ironman in it wouldn't it? Appreciate any feedback on this!
