usual stuff - got up early - took in a few calories - staying hydrated -

pretty good swim - felt like i had more than used - still a good swim

oh...maybe add more sprint training at the pool a few wks before

had a single spill/wreck just outside of trans area - rainy conditiona - tires pumped to 150p - not much tire on road for cornering

not so much tire pressure on a rainy course

What limited your ability to perform faster:

not enough sprint training workouts i suppose

Event comments:

this race is very well done for being on an army post - it's very small - but has a lot of enthusiasm from everybody - could be a fairly large event w/the right type of advertisement/promotion - race director (shane) is a really nice guy!!
i'd recommend this to anyone and everyone - hope to be back next year
