Comments:

Half-Marathon official pace, 1:29:25 @ 6:49 per mile pace.

Went out way too fast.6:14, 6:20, 6:18, 6:30...

After trying to pull it back it was too late. My muscles were hurting from the LA and I was just pushing to maintain a respectable pace. Wasn't until after the Half-Marathon point that I really died and dropped two 8 min/miles to finish the run.

What would you do differently?:

Go out slower. Was shooting for a 6:52/mile average but totally didn't stay disciplined and let the excitement of the race carry me away.

Pretty well organized run. Route was marked at every mile and the marks seemed to be pretty accurate.

Will definitely do this again if it fits in my schedule.
