Subject: 1st Tri Season Completed

Finished my 2nd and final race of my first Tri season yesterday. What an awesome sport this is! As a newbie and a clyde, I may not take 1st, but I won just the same. In the month between my 1st race in August and my race yesterday I took 22.8 seconds off/100M in the swim, increased my bike by 2 mph, and took 2:50/mile off my run.

I can't wait to see what next year holds!

Congrats on your first season completed! It's a great feeling, isn't it?

This was also my first season... I did 8 sprints! I'm kind of sad to see it end, but it's time to focus on running (with an ocassional Du to break the boredom).

I'm excited about next year already and have been contemplating my 2010 schedule. LOL I'm definitely going to focus on Olympic distances next year.
