Subject: OMG, my body's reacting in weird ways!
I was outside getting ready for my run this evening and I had a series of weird issues with my body. Nothing was working the way it has been! My legs were moving at a rapid pace as if they had a mind of their own, my body wasn't pouring water out of every gland, and my heart rate wouldn't skyrocket the second I started moving. At the end of the run, the weirdest thing started to happen. My body started to move very rapidly, like I was having involuntary spasms all over. My teeth started clanking against each other too! It was like the clothes I was wearing weren't enough protection, but I know that can't be it because for months now the ball of fire in the sky has been consistently torching the air near me and there's no reason it would stop now...would it?? How could the wind not be like a blowtorch in my face?? This doesn't make any sense!

Even now when I get home, there's an eerie quiet instead of the usual sounds like a giant mechanical cooling device running constantly in the background. Did The Rapture start? Why didn't anyone tell me? Please help me understand this strange turn of events, and what local church I should start attending to fix it!

I feel like a bad dad. I sent my daughter to school wearing a skirt and short sleeve shirt, by the time my father-in-law picked her up, she nearly had hypothermia. I think it may have been 72 degrees. Time to light the furnace and get the deep winter jackets.

Time to get the CPU 'flashed'.

You need a re-boot.

I just got back from a morning run with the temp around 66, the coldest morning around here in a long time.  I couldn't believe how cold I was!  Tomorrow I'll be wearing long sleeves....

66 degrees eh?  I don't wear long sleeves until it gets close to the freezing mark and then only if it's windy too.

What do you do when it hits 103, run naked?

If it were to ever hit 103 degrees here, I would be at the beach!  It wouldn't happen for more than a day so it wouldn't bother me to miss my run on that day.  Laughing

Pansies!  Long sleeves are reserved for 40 degrees or less, which is perfect running weather IMHO.  60s is getting a little warm for my taste.

Wow, that's like the heat of the summer around here this year!!  We would have been at the beach with weather that warm!

Same here. Long sleeves at 40 or under. T-shirt between 40 and 60. Anything above 60 is shirtless.

I get same really weird looks though down here. If someone says something, it usually starts with, "you're not from around here, are you?"
