Much thanks to CSMaurer99!  He has put together the Boys Team totals!  Although, that hasn't been hard, I'm sure!  There aren't too many miles to log!!!

I HAVE A QUESTION (arm up),
Do the monthly totals in our training log automaticly include
race distance? I don`t think mine did. Or do I need to edit that into my daily log?
thanks all.

I have to give some major props to Katie here. It's good to see such sports(wo)manship throughout this challenge. Yes its great to have the trash talking to keep us all motivated not to lose as a team, but she's been such a great sport throughout this month in giving credit where credit is due, even if it means honoring the competitors.

Great job to everyone thus far, and guys...let's kick into high gear and finish strong!

For those who can't seem to open the file I have created a webpage with screen captures of the data from the PDF on my personal home page.

http://www.bernicky.com/running/index.html - the page weight is about 300K so if you are on dial up it might be a little slow.

Katie - Thanks again, great job!!!

Men - Sorry I am a Slacker... But I am injured, and have not run since the middle of week 1. If feeling better on Saturday, I will do my best to get some big distances in to increase the Team % but I don't want to go on Injured Reserve just 4 weeks from my First Sprint (Wyckoff 6/18)

Thanks,

Matt

Tizzy,

If you just posted a race report, then no, I don't think it gets put into your weekly/monthly total, you need to put it in separately as you would for a training day. Somebody can correct me if I'm wrong, but you can add up your week and figure out if your race distance is in there or not.

What the h3ll is this? Last time I checked, we still had over a week to go to pull this one out of the fire, boys. Matt, you are excused due to injury, but the rest of us had best get our asses out on the track, pronto! Never say 'die', fellas! Just go run.

Don't count us out yet, ladies and wookiees.

Tizzy,

I think I've figured out the way to do it. Create a race report. On your race report screen hit the "Very Cool Race Details" button. At the bottom of the race details screen, you'll see a section that is titled "Copy race data to training log," Select the race and hit the "copy" button.

The race data will overwrite any other data you have input. I don't think that you can add more mileage on that day, for intance if you do a warm up.

My goal still says 60 miles. It was actually 50...but I think I might hit 60 anyway. Still, could you change it? That might help us out a bit.

You signed up for 60.  (See the original forum below).  I can lower your goal to 50 if you would like.

Because you are a fantastic (tri)athlete, and you set high, yet reasonable goals that you know will push you to improve your performance.  That's why!

You'll have no problem hitting 60!
