Day late, but here we are:
Start:  360
Week 1:  358
Week 2:  357
Week 3:  356
Week 4:  355
Week 5:  354
Week 6:  355
Week 7:  355
Week 8:  354
Week 9:  353
Last Week:  352
This Week:  352

Only one week to go, so let's see if I can get to 350.  It'll be tough since I am traveling back to Wisconsin for Christmas.

Start:       201
Goal:        175

Current:    177

Something weird happened this week as my weight shot up 1lbs at the start of this week for some reason. Nothing changed in activity or diet and my weight changed overnight   I suspect it was actually a freak low weight that reflected something odd happening, and I'm actually where it ought to be now. I lost 0.5lbs anyway this week so back down to 177 again...

2lbs in 1 week is too much to ask for given its snowing here so running and cycling is a challenge, so we'll see...

Same-Ol, Same-Ol...

Late post from last week but it seems I am just stuck.  My family, SIL, BIL and Uncle informed me last night that I should not lose anymore weight.  Starting to look emaciated as it is and anymore would just be gross.  Ughhh...they have not seen my love handles I guess.  My BIL said "Hate to inform you but the only way your dropping anymore is with surgery".  Referring to the fact that I have loose skin.  Which was weird because he has never seen me with no shirt either.  Kind of pissed me off to be honest.

Will post my final weigh in on Thursday.  It's good to see the rest of you having success.

I hope you all have a wonderful Christmas and a very Happy New Year!!  I managed to maintain this week through all the baking and cooking I did so I'm happy.  I am sitting at 136 lbs and will keep striving to maintain healthy eating habits and get my bodyfat down ~ its definitely a work in progress!!

Was not able to post last week.

Week 1 (11/19)  185
Week 2 (11/26)  185
Week 3 (12/3)    181
Week 4 (12/10)   179
Week 5 (12/17) 180
Week 6 (12/24) 178

I don't have any cookies or such in the house, but am having a hard time staying away from the cheese.  Love that smoked gouda with sliced apples.  Am doing better though since I've been posting my weight - it really helps!  Merry Christmas!

Start:         201lbs   23% BF
Goal:          175

Final:    176lbs    17% BF

Well I missed my goal by 1lbs but honestly didnt really expect to get as close as I did, given before 1st Sept I was doing zero training at all!

I hope everyone has a great Christmas and 2010 is the year we all achieve the goals we set ourselves!
