swim 42m 33s 1800 meters 02m 36s min/100 meters Bike 1h 14m 47s 24.85 miles 18.85 Mi/hr run 56m 15s 6.21 miles 09m 04s/Mi I was about 5 minutes faster than my Tempe international race and I felt much better on the swim than in the T.I. but my time didn't reflect it. I definitely need more swim training.I also noticed on the results page that the swim is showing as 1800 meters.

So I was told by a friend this was one of the better schwag bags she's gotten, and I was completely bewildered as my bag contained the normal shuffle of papers, an XOOD sample, lip balm and an Aquaphor sample (besides the shirt).  She told me that her's had an LED arm/ankle band, sleeve for water bottle, power shower wipes and therapy tape.  Did everyone else get that or did she get an extra special bag?

I know that when making bags sometimes you run out of stuff, but I guess if I was the RD I'd try and keep the left over bags for the latecomers....and I checked in about 1pm.

Did any one get an idea for how long the run was?  I don't really know if it was accurate.  I did see a few guys go under 40min.  Some, I am pretty confident, could do that pretty easy.  I had a run that wasn't bad but I just would like to know if it was ball park for improvement.

It was pretty close to 10K, maybe a spot on the long side by a 100-200M.

I had the run right at 6.2 or maybe 6.2x but it was almost dead on. Too bad they can't do the same for the swim. I wonder how long SOMA will end up being?
