Subject: Best turbo for intervals? Hi, I want to get a turbo primarily for interval training, but I'm not sure which sort would be best. Would a turbo with adjustable resistance (like a Tacx Satori ) be better than one where you change the difficulty by changing gear (like the Cycleops Fluid 2 or Elite Crono Fluid )? I think I'd prefer one without the adjustable resistance as they seem easier to use and less fiddly, but I want to be able to do a decent interval session. Would the latter two trainers let me do this? Thanks for your help! |
