Memorial Hermann Ironman 70.3 Texas (Page 5)

I don't know if this is an acurate reading, as the la porte station reads ~10 degrees cooler, and the USCG stating near surfside reads ~95 degrees, which is obviously incorrect.

Also be aware that reading (Pleasure Pier) is on the Gulf Side in relatively shallow water. The Galveston Island Beach Patrol website shows surf temperature of 71°. We will be swimming on the bay side which is showing 10° cooler.
We also have a minor cold front coming this weekend just in time for the race in Kemah.

 Ok who all is going out for Saturday and racing and going to be there Sunday to hang out or race?

My husband and I volunteered Sunday and will be body marking so make sure you say hi
