Thanks for the offer, but I'm not sure if I'm doing this one yet. I will be in California the week before.

I have created the race log in the race directory for those that want to add it to their planned events.

Fist time doing the race, does anyone know what this years course is going to be. I am really looking forward to this race to see if my new training plan is working.

If it's the same as last year expect a couple of nasty climbs for the the run. The swim is in a protected bay so it's pretty smooth. The bike has 1 small hill but not much of a problem. The main concern on the bike will be the wind when you get on the runway, hope for a calm day.

So the bike goes on the runway? Hmm I know what you mean about the wind, the Crits were horrible because one way the wind would try to blow you backwards. Oh well I am training on hills for the run because lets face it Lanikai loop is not flat so I think that race will be good. Thank you for the information.

At the Main gate of the Base on the 29th of October from 9-4pm. This information was only on the paper form that got picked up at Seimper Fit Yesterday. I had been looking for this information as well. See you out on the race course.

FYI, got this in the email today...

You can pickup your packet on Thursday, 29 October 2009, at the H-3 (Front Gate) to MCB Hawaii Kaneohe Bay.  It will be from 0900-1600, you will also be able to get a base access pass for the day of the event when you pickup your packet.
