Comments: Good first two miles and then a lot of stomach issues for the next two miles and better on the last mile. What would you do differently?: Not have stomach issues and eating better leading up to a race. Not wear a baggy t-shirt. It was technical fabric, but the baggy style just irritated me. Also, I was dressed a little to warm, since I expected cooler temps. I could have just thrown several outfits in the car and decided right there what I am wearing... Next time is going to be better. And the clothing was really the least of my problems once the stomach acted up.  Post race
Warm down: Grapped a cup of water and headed back to the car, straight back home and took a nap and watched "America's Next Topmodel" Marathon while feeling depressed and highly disappointed about the race. What limited your ability to perform faster: Stomach, stomach and stomach again. Event comments: This is a great race at a great location. I am definitely planning to return next year. Got up early and drove for one hour to the race. Had two small granola bars and some water on the way.
