Pre-race routine:

Woke up a 4, timing chip, wristband, dressed warm. Half bagel with PB; Delicious. Got to the race at 5:15. Good spot on the rack but unfortunately the rack was very far from the Bike Out, which would not have been my preference.

Swim was OK, but I really should have gone faster. The fray was worse than in the LB tri for some reason and I could not get into my stride.
What would you do differently?:

Work on my swim more in training.

Slow again for some reason. This was a minute slower than my T1 in LB. I gotta learn how to ride without socks; the whole cleaning of the feet takes the most time.
