Transition 1
  • 04m 23s
Comments:

Took watch off and tried to pull hand out of wetsuit while holind the watch...Hand got stuck. Forgot to put on socks, almost got out of the transition area, went back and put them on....I did ride with feet on top of shoes, so that helped.
What would you do differently?:

hold watch in mout or something other than what i did.

  • 56 miles
  • 18.60 mile/hr
Comments:

Pulled quad in a turn taking it too fast.
What would you do differently?:

Have bike serviced the weekend before race...front derailleur was out slipped into little gear but hard time shifting to big gear. This was the longest distance to date on the bike. I should have trained more.

This was a good transition for me. I was tired but everything went like I practiced. I was just slow.

Nothing

Post race
