1. Swim better - by participating in the Master's program, having a friend who is a really good swimmer help critique my stroke, and swim four times a week

2.  Continue to build my running base - at least 25 miles a week

3.  Get used to riding the trainer in the basement so I don't have an excuse for riding more.

1: Develop a proper running base by increasing mileage

2: Train hard all winter to ensure I start next season fitter than I finished this season.

3: Add more long rides into my training rather than lots of 9-15 mile rides, I need more stamina.

What: 1500m swim in 30min.
How: Focus on technique, put more time in at the pool

What: Increase bike speed and fitness
How: 3x/wk Interval rides plus 1 long ride

What: Increase running economy and speed
How: 3x/wk quality runs at faster than current pace

What: Consistency
How: Train like I actually want to win a race next season!!

1. Heal- ice, stretch, and take it easy on the running distances over the winter.

2. Improve my running endurance- progress to the point of running a half marathon, I signed up of one in May to be a great motivator.

3. Improve my bike speed- train, train, train I must love the trainer.
