Up early, breakfast of bagel with peanut butter and jelly and hour and a half drive to the race venue.

Water bottle fell out on a turn around and almost fell 2 miles into the bike. Otherwise, all else went very well.
What would you do differently?:

spend more time on the bike, I wasn't properly prepared for the hills of this course, nor the distance.

Felt REALLY good, at about 1.5 miles, started the hill climb. Long but on the way down, it felt REALLY good, tried my best to cheer on others while I ran. Ran on some peoples heels a few times to help cut a slight headwind on the way out.
What would you do differently?:

Put more time in for running

Went well, I would suggest people looking to shoot for an Oly. try this race. The distances are up there. It was rough only having trained for the sprint distances.
