Got up ate some oatmeal. drank a coffee and drove to detroit.

Got to the race, did some jogging. ran back to the car got my gloves.

Run was good. I really struggled coming out of the tunnel. I was doing great before then.
What would you do differently?:

just need more fitness.

walked around and found the people I work with. We had a tent by the TNT guys.
