Subject: Audio Trainer Workouts

Does anybody have any good suggestions for audio trainer workouts?  My trainer is in the garage, and I don't have a TV that I can put out there, but I'd like to find an audio program similar to the spinervals series.  Thanks for the help!

I just turn up the music. I also like to turn down the lights, but that gets tough as it makes it difficult to read my powermeter. I have also thrown in the random workout in which my interval and recovery times would be based on the length of a song (or group of songs). Not the most ideal workouts, but still helpful and just plain fun to do every now and then.

Other option is get Workouts in a Binder for Indoor Cycling by Wes Hobson.  Then just listen to your MP3 player while you do the workouts

Coach Troy talks so much, you could just use the audio portion of the dvd workouts.

Or, you could burn the dvd's to an ipod or iphone and look at it while on a towel between the aero bars.

I would suggest getting yourself the jock jams volumes... all the pump up you need while spinning away!
