Comments: The day was pretty humid, which I am not quite used to yet. The start was very crowded and I had a hard time passing for much of the first half mile. Miles 3 & 4 were especially hard on me for some reason and I ended up walking through 2 water stops during the race. I finally caught my legs on the last mile. Last split was 7:30. Overall, this was not one of my better races. This is a full 90 seconds slower than 3 weeks ago. I had plently left in the tank at the end and left too much on the course. Overall, my mental effort was not great. What would you do differently?: Go out harder and trust my pacing. Post race
Warm down: Walk around. Drink water and talk to me friends. What limited your ability to perform faster: Lack of full effort. Event comments: Overall, great course and fun race. Next time I will push harder. Thanks to all the volunteers! Last updated: 2005-05-29 12:00 AM

Lots of stretching, especially for my PF. Light jogging.
