Subject: Unsolicited swimming advice worked today I usual hate stopping my sets when I was swimming sets of 50's this morning when a guy from the morning master class walked to my lane when he was done. He suggested I extend my arm at entry. **my interpretation of hand entry at eye level was when you are swimming, not standing up (yes I know now it was dumb to think it ). My elbows are high, but I my entry was in my peripheral vision while swim so I was missing 6 inches of water in my pull phase.** anywho my next few sets of 50's were 3 seconds faster than the previous and I was less winded. (I keep swimming to make sure it was not just becase I rested for the 20 seconds he talk to me ) Just in time for my HIM in 3 weeks |
