Comments:

Reston 2 Mile Open water swim. First lap in 24 min (great draft and navigation), second lap 34 min (noone to draft and bad navigation). Wetsuit cut into my neck a little on second lap and I gagged a few times, have to pull that down a little... damn large adams apple!
What would you do differently?:

I knew this was a little extra distance that what my training has been to date but figuered the mile was too short and this would be good practice.
