Comments: Need to improve and get more open water practice What would you do differently?: Practice open water swimming and breathing - draft!!  Transition 1
Comments: Tried the shoes on the pedals for the first time - I need to practice this more. Felt really awkward. What would you do differently?: I should be able to get the suit off quicker next time  Bike
Comments: Hard ride into headwinds... I just tried to keep my cadence comfortable and not worry about speed. Made up some ground from the bad swim. What would you do differently?: Go quicker Transition 2
Comments: Happy with this except I should have got my feet out of my shoes sooner - left it a little late What would you do differently?: Practice riding with feet on shoes.  Run
Comments: Quick run - kept my pace very even throughout 4.10 - 4.25. Felt comfortable but pushed the last 1km. What would you do differently?: Push harder. Post race
