Nice going Stacie!!  I love your continuous swim goal!!

thank you muchly, KATHY.

its been a motivating goal for sure, especially since this time last year, swimming 100 yds continuously seemed like an awfully far way to go.

Oh, all of you getting all or more of your goals! Yea you! What a great team!
BAAAD me. I am missing 2 bikes and 3 strength sessions. I got a huge cold/sinus infection this weekend. I got my run in yesterday and it kicked my butt. Now Z-pack and hot tea is what keeps the head ache from keeling me over. Sorry team. I really really wanted to make 100%.

No worries, Robin. It happens to all of us. These challenges are about putting your best efffort in and having support along the way. Have you talked to Dee about adjusting your goal a little bit? Sick for 3 days out of 30 is a 10% reduction--maybe you could reduce your goal accordingly?

I haven't decided if I want to do the challenge or not.  I'm leaning towards not just because I know it's going to be really crazy at work before the holidays.  Really depends on what happens with my project this week.  The good option is to be really busy...don't want to think about the not so good option.

Well it is a new month and time to move on to a new challenge! It was great being on a team with you all! Hope to see ya in another challenge! I know for me the challenges push me when I don't want to train! Unfortunately I did not get to 100% I am missing 1 run and 1 st training. Really wanted to get them in yesterday but after my morning run, teaching 3 water classes, practicing vive and then teaching vive I was just too tired. I should not have let it come down to the last day. Hope with the extra % Dee gave that it will help that some really stepped it up! Thanks again team!!

Hi Gang...
Welcome to December, and good-bye November....

Sorry I wasn't able to get to 100%... I sacrificed my swim time yesterday morning to go to the doc... another round of antibiotic (my fourth or fifth this year, I've lost track ).... then by the afternoon the infection had set in enough that I really didn't have the energy to wog.

I think I will sit out December challenge (the holiday craziness, running an in gym challenge, and participating in USAT's national challenge - though I guess I could/should tie the swim into that, hmm?)

Oh well, it was GREAT to be on a team with some GREAT teammates....   I'm sure I'll see y'all around....

Oh, here's the one bright really bright spot to my night last night.... WHO DAT!!!!  GEAUX SAINTS!!!

NOVEMBER CHALLENGE FINAL RESULTS!

Here are the FINAL TEAM STANDINGS for the November Challenge

1st place - COLD TURKEYS - 97.9%
2nd place - Gabbing Gobblers - 96.5%
3rd place - Fall-Dippides - 94.9%
4th place - Stuffed Turkeys - 85.9%

Note: There was one person on the Fall-Dippides team who had a really low percentage. I don't know if she continued to participate in the challenge or if she dropped out. (Team Captains - this is one of the things you should track! If someone disappears, let me know!)

If I remove that one person from team Fall-Dippides's spreadsheet -- they are over 100%! So I'm going to declare TWO winners for the November Challenge:
1st place - COLD TURKEYS - 97.9%
And a TIE for 1st place - TEAM FALL-DIPPIDES!

Therefore, these two teams may display the "winning" signature line.

Gabbing Gobblers and Stuffed Turkeys will display the "losing" signature line. (And yes, I've added it to my sig lines already.)

Great job everyone! See you next month!
