Comments: Got a side-stitch around the start of the 2nd mile. Could have gone faster in the last mile! What would you do differently?: Not try to drink any water during the race, drink more water well before the race, I don't need it for a 5k. Post race
Warm down: 4-5 minute walk. What limited your ability to perform faster: A side-stitch around mile 2. Will just have to run more and practice breathing? I dunno! My legs and foot felt unchallenged. Got up at 7am, had a cup of coffee and a granola bar, was feeling quite hungry.
Jogged for 10 min about 40 minutes before the start.
