My physio has had me doing exercises the past few months and now says I don't need to see him anymore and to continue with the exercises he gave me and progressively do them for longer (ie. instead of holding for 1 min bump up to 2-3 mins over time).

The routine takes me about 20-30 mins to finish and I do it everyday. This is due to running bio mechanics etc. How many of you do these type of exercises on a regular basis?

I do and think that regular corrective exercise/core stuff along with foam roller (SMR) is key to staying healthy.

I tore my hip flexors last year and they get easily aggravated with run volume.  I started doing PT work daily last fall.  I went to PT on run days at some point over the winter alternating PT with core days.  When my hips start acting up I do daily PT.

I met with a trainer at my work gym who is doing IMAZ this year and has completed IMLP.  He has changed up the work my sports med doc started me on to work the muscles on the "higher end".  I feel the difference and right now I am doing PT daily.  My half mary is in 11 days, then there will be a month off running to start building for another half mary.

Yes, I could take longer off, and have been told I should....

I do a Pain Free maintenance plan nearly every day. If I'm injured, I switch it up to the specific body part. Pain Free is a system that is intended to help bring the body back into proper alignment. Maintenance helps to keep it that way. I've been using it for years, and it seems to work for me. It doesn't require any special equipment; nor is it difficult to do. I am not totally injury free all the time, but have had no serious injuries that required significant time off and rehab for at least the past 10 years.
