I have been to a few meetings a few years ago. I don't do much group training if any it is with friends and family. The are a good group and have some good group rides and winter trainer sessions. Give them a try and see if it works for you.
I'm a pseudo member, as in I have a Boise Aeros uniform, do the occasional training ride/swim, and go to some of the meetings. They are a very cool group. It's more of a laid back kind of group though and not as much a structured weekly practice kind of group. This works well for me since I work several jobs and am still in college. There are some very knowledgeable people in the Aeros and everyone is friendly and easy going.
I'm a new(er) Aero. This was my first season with them and I enjoyed it alot. I found they provided plenty of group workout opportunities. As Josh said, it's a pretty laid-back group, but there are some SERIOUS competitors in the group, too.
