Subject: Protein shakes Tip
Many of you may have noticed that most protein powders mix better in water than in milk, but like me prefer the taste and added protein that comes with using milk. What I have found is that using 1/4 cup dried non-fat milk with your usual serving of protein powder greatly increases the flavor without affecting the consistency. It also adds 8g of protein and 12g of carbs. Pre mixing these two into ziplock baggies makes protein supplemantation very convenient.
