Can somebody please remind me what us folks who were unable to "win" the swim and run challenges are supposed to do?

The losers are not only to post a new avatar with their speedos (or jammers), they are supposed to change their signature. Here's the poem I propose that the men use when we emasculate them in the swimming challenge:

Beaten by the Buttercups

Couldn’t get my yardage up.

I need to spend more time in pool.

Man, the truth is women rule!

Followed by list of Team Chyck teammembers.

Don't think of it as a punishment; think of it as opposing team's reward.

I just looked at the original thread, and I could not find any punishment or reward agreed upon for the run challenge.  Pat yourself on the back if you made it, kick yourself in the a$$ if you didn't.
