Comments:

The first eight miles were at 9min mile as schedule,the goal was to stay ahead of the 2:00hr pace group starting mile 9 trhu ten I felt tired and had to walk more than I wanted and then the 2:00 pace group went by, I tried to cath up but my legs didn't respond untill mile 11, but by then it was too late.
What would you do differently?:

not sure yet, maybe add a little more speed to the workouts.
